David Baker of MITRE has left the CVE Editorial Board.  He was a
charter member of the Board when CVE was first made public on
September 29, 1999.

Dave worked in other departments and infosec capabilities outside of
CVE.  He voted on numerous candidates for many years and contributed
to many influential discussions, ranging from CVE's earliest days
before its initial publication, to last year's review of the CVE ID
syntax change.

He still continues to help the CVE project internally.
