RE: FINAL version of CyberCrime Treaty statement - ready for signatures

Everyone,

All the recent signings have really highlighted just how important our
affiliations are to our letter. Signing the letter without our affiliations
wouldn't strengthen the letter; in fact we think it would detract from it.
We're in something of a Catch-22 because we can't sign the letter with our
positions and/or affiliations without a priori coporate OK. We remain in
complete and total agreement with the thoughts and views expressed in the
Treaty Condemnation Letter, we just can't sign it.
