Re: 5th Draft - CyberCrime Treaty Statement

Having lurked on this discussion, I like this draft and feel it is
sufficiently strong and clear enough to convey the concerns we have.
Although the article in the draft treaty did refer to "without right,"
it was vague enough to be interpreted that creation/possession of such
code could be considered illegal.  Can we get a vote on this before
Friday?
Count this as a vote/concurrence for it by me...
