I'm not a big fan of a revote, it'll end up the same (or one vote either 
way), so really Mitre should call it.

However, if you revote, how about a personal reminder to the ~10 board 
members that didn't vote this time that they need to vote or abstain in 
order to help fulfill their requirements of being a CVE board member?
