Just released European Commission paper on combating cybercrime

The European Commission has recently released a paper entitled "Creating a
Safer information Society by Improving the Security of information
infrastructures and Combating Computer-related Crime" detailing how they
intend to address combating "cyber crime".  This is in addition to support
of the Cybercrime Treaty.
Some of you may have seen this already, if not, link below....I am still
working my way through it.
