[CVEPRI] Board Meeting to Begin at 0830, Tuesday

   The CVE Editorial Board meeting will begin a half hour earlier than
scheduled, at 08:30 AM, Tuesday, 15 Aug, 2000.  This is to partially
offset the delay in beginning today.  The information for the
